Our collaboration begins with an in-depth discussion, after which BugFinders will document your requirements. Once agreed, your software testing project is launched to our fully-certified crowd.
From the very beginning, you are assigned a dedicated BugFinders’ Test Project Manager, who will be responsible for scheduling your software test at a time agreeable to you. If it happens that your development is late, don’t panic – your PM will reschedule. And if you’re on a tight deadline, we can launch crowdsourced testing within an hour of first contact if necessary. We work around you – it’s all part of our service.
Your Test Project Manager will keep you fully up to date every step of the way during your test. Anything of high concern is flagged up immediately. You can also access and review your project in real-time, by logging into the BugFinders client portal.
Our specialist team reviews, de-duplicates and recreates all issues. You can view your functional software testing results at any time via our easy-to-use client portal.
But we don’t stop there. At the end of your fully-managed project, you receive a comprehensive test report, which your Project Manager will guide you through. If you have any concerns – either arising from the results, or that come to light whilst fixing the bugs – just reach out. We are always on-hand to answer any questions you might have.
