Review Bugs

When you log in, you will see easy to reproduce and simple to understand bugs.  Each bug has a clear description along with a screenshot or video where relevant.  It will also contain a link to where the issue was found along with the environment it was found on.  Mobile device bugs also contain the screen size, meaning it is easy for you to quickly fix them.

Once identified as a valid bug, you can approve it.  You can then use the BugFinders portal to manage your bugs through the development, fix and retest cycle (you don’t need your own bug tracking tool), or alternatively download a csv report which can be imported into your bug tracking tool.  If you aren’t able to recreate it or if it is not valid, simply reject it and you don’t pay.  We will then provide more information if is required and currently 95 – 100% of all bugs raised on BugFinders are approved.
